Northwood Services worked with first-time home owners to create a duplex living space in Logan Square, re-finishing some existing elements of the space, such as door hardware, built-in cabinetry, & trim, while updating other areas of the house, like kitchen cabinets, tile, & other finishes, to create a living space that stayed true to some of the original charm of this 100+year old building.
